What We Do
Excavation & Land Development Services
Land Clearing
Wooded lots, overgrown acreage, and brushy terrain cleared down to bare ground. Trees, stumps, brush, and debris removed so the property is ready to work with.
Excavation
Foundations, basements, ponds, utility corridors, and large-scale earthwork. We operate excavators on steep and confined sites where less equipped crews won’t go.
Site Preparation
Full build-pad preparation including vegetation removal, rough cut, fill placement, and compaction. Homes, shops, and commercial pads set up right the first time.
Grading & Drainage
Finish grading to establish proper slope, direct water away from structures, and prevent long-term erosion. Critical for driveways, pads, and property access points.
Driveway Installation
Gravel driveways and access roads graded for drainage and compacted to hold up through Kentucky winters. Cut into hillsides or built up through low spots as needed.
Forestry Mulching
Overgrown tracts, fence lines, and brushy hillsides ground down with a forestry mulcher. No hauling debris — vegetation is shredded on-site and returned to the soil.
Demolition
Old structures, concrete slabs, outbuildings, and damaged foundations removed and cleared. Site left clean and ready for new construction or future development.
Trenching
Utility trenches for water lines, drain pipe, and underground infrastructure. Cut to specified depth and backfilled with properly compacted material.
